Our products are refundable within 30 days if dissatisfied. The customer agrees to give this method a serious try by following our usage recommendations.

The item to be returned must be intact, complete, and packaged in its original box. The refund amount is equal to the purchase amount less shipping costs, meaning we only refund the product. Any return request for refund made after 30 days will be refused.

Please include your order number and the details of the product(s) you wish to return in your request; you will then receive the return procedure by email.
